At BonzaChat, we prioritize creating a safe, respectful, and compliant online space for everyone using Bonza.Chat (the “APP”). While users of the APP can interact in a private setting and generate AI-driven content solely for personal use, we maintain strict guidelines about permissible content types, detailed below in this Blocked Content Policy.

1. Prohibited Content

This policy applies to all content created within our platform, including text, images, videos, and other AI-generated materials. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• a. Illegal Content: Content involving or promoting illegal activities—such as drug use, weapons, violence, or any other unlawful actions—is not allowed.
• b. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment based on attributes like race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is strictly forbidden.
• c. Violence and Harm: We do not permit content that promotes or encourages violence, self-harm, or harm toward others, including content related to suicide, terrorism, or violent acts.
• d. Child Exploitation: Content that exploits or endangers minors, such as child exploitation or harassment of minors, is unequivocally banned on our platform.
• e. Content Resembling Minors: Generating AI content resembling minors is strictly prohibited. We ensure that AI-generated content on our platform does not mimic minors or exploit their likeness. Any attempt to generate such content will be swiftly addressed and removed under our moderation protocols (see Section 3).
• f. Privacy and Copyright Violations: Content that breaches privacy or intellectual property laws, including unauthorized sharing of personal information or copyrighted materials, is prohibited.
• g. Impersonation and Celebrity Content: Misrepresentation or harmful impersonation of real individuals, celebrities, or public figures is not allowed. This includes any attempts to deceive or impersonate others.

2. Content Responsibility

As a user of the APP, you are solely accountable for any content generated by the AI Companions during text, voice, image, or video interactions. The AI Companions respond based on your input and selected parameters, making you responsible for the outcomes. AiForLove does not endorse or control the content generated by the AI. Therefore, you agree to comply with relevant laws and our policies, including this Blocked Content Policy, and avoid any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activities on the APP.

3. Content Moderation

Our platform uses proprietary content moderation technology to help enforce this Blocked Content Policy and uphold our Terms. If our moderation system flags content that potentially violates these standards, we reserve the right to conduct a manual review and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending the user’s account. We aim to balance user privacy with community standards and appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines.

4. Content Removal and Account Suspension

Violations of this Blocked Content Policy may lead to the removal of content, account suspension, or additional action as deemed necessary.
