What are the benefits of subscribing? ×
Subscribing gives you access to exclusive features, including creating multiple AI companions, unlimited messages, more credits, access to premium stickers and gifts, and faster response times. You'll also receive NSFW responses and other enhanced interactions.
How do I subscribe to a plan? +
You can subscribe by choosing one of our plans and continuing with card payment. After you select a package, we will open the secure checkout page for that billing period.
What payment options are available for subscriptions? +
We offer card payments.
How does billing work for subscriptions? +
Billing depends on the plan you choose and the payment method: Card Payments - Monthly Plans: Billed every month on the same day as your initial subscription. Quarterly and Annual Plans: Charged once at the start of the subscription period. You'll be automatically billed for renewals unless canceled.
Can I switch between plans? +
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. Your new plan will take effect immediately, and the remaining balance from your previous plan may be prorated to your next payment.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time; that submits the cancellation to our payment provider. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
Will I lose access immediately if I cancel my subscription? +
No, you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. The credits in your account will stay same.
Are there any additional fees for subscribing? +
The amount displayed on the subscription page is the final cost.
Can I use both credits and a subscription? +
Yes! Subscriptions grant access to exclusive features, while credits allow you to unlock additional items or experiences within the app. Combining both gives you maximum flexibility and benefits.
What is the refund policy for subscriptions? +
You can request a refund within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours the payment is non-refundable. Some payment methods cannot be refunded at all — email support@bonza.chat and we will tell you where yours stands.
Can I pause my subscription? +
Currently, we don't offer a pausing option. If you need a break, consider canceling and re-subscribing when you're ready.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else? +
Gifting subscriptions isn't available at the moment, but stay tuned for updates on new features.
What should I do if my payment fails? +
If your payment fails, please verify your payment information and try again. For issues with Card Payment, reach out your bank.
How will I know if my subscription has expired? +
You'll receive notifications before your subscription expires. Once expired, your account will automatically switch to the free tier, and you'll lose access to premium features.
