Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

Date of Revision: 01/01/2024

Introduction

At AiForLove, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and follow the regulations outlined in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and related copyright laws. This DMCA Policy outlines our approach for managing copyright infringement notifications and provides guidance on how to reach out if you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without permission.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe, in good faith, that content on Bonza.Chat (the “APP”) violates your copyright, you or your authorized representative may request its removal or restricted access. Please include the following details in your written request:

  • a. Your electronic or physical signature, or that of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • b. A description of the copyrighted material that you claim has been infringed, along with enough information to help us locate it;
  • c. Your address, phone number, and email address;
  • d. A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or applicable law;
  • e. A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. DMCA Notices Response

Upon receiving a complete infringement notice, we will take the following steps:

  • a. Verify the documentation to ensure it meets DMCA standards;
  • b. Take initial action against the content within 1-3 business days, which may include blocking or limiting access to it;
  • c. Notify the individual responsible for the content, allowing them to provide an explanation or counter-evidence.

3. Counter Notification

If you believe a copyright claim has been mistakenly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notice. Once received, we will inform the original claimant and wait 10-14 days before restoring your content, provided no legal action is initiated by the copyright owner within that period.

4. Contact Information

All notices and counter-notices should be sent via email to [email protected]. We are committed to addressing concerns in a timely manner and ensuring a positive experience for all our users.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the APP for users involved in repeated or significant copyright infringements.
