These Terms of Service (the “TOS”) outline the legally binding terms for your use of the APP. By accessing and/or using the APP, you agree to abide by these TOS and all additional terms and policies posted on https://bonza.chat.

If you disagree with any of our terms, please discontinue using our APP and refrain from accessing any part of our services. The APP is intended for personal, non-commercial use only, and you agree not to use it for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

1. General

bonza.chat provides a chat experience using artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to generate virtual characters (the “AI Companions”). The APP generates messages so that you can interact with AI Companions. Additionally, the APP offers other media, including images, videos, and voice notes (the “Services”). Some features may require you to create a user account.

1.1 Account

Some services within the APP may require you to create a user account using your email and a password (the “Protected Areas”). You agree to only access these areas with your registered email and password and to keep this information up-to-date, correct, and secure at all times.

Any violation of these TOS, including failing to maintain accurate information, may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account. BonzaChat Limited reserves the right to terminate or restrict your user account at any time if you violate our terms or policies. We are not liable for any denial of access, changes in fees, or account suspension due to these terms.

1.2 Subscription

We reserve the right to make certain services available exclusively to paid subscribers. You are responsible for any fees, charges, or taxes related to the transaction, as presented on our website at the time of purchase.

1.3 User Safety

We prioritize user safety and recommend caution in sharing sensitive information, such as financial or personal details, during interactions with AI Companions. While we implement security measures, we cannot fully guarantee the security of information shared in chats. Please report any suspicious activity, and remember that user discretion is essential to maintaining a safe platform environment.

1.4 Warranties

You warrant that:

• If agreeing to these terms on behalf of another, you are fully authorized to do so.
• You are of legal age in your place of residence.
• If under the legal age, you are not authorized to use the services.

3. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property of bonza.chat, including technology, design, logos, and proprietary software, is the exclusive property of BonzaChat Limited. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without explicit permission.

4. Your Content

When you provide input on the APP, you retain ownership rights over it. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your input as per our Privacy Notice. You may terminate this license by deleting your content or account, except in cases involving commercial use, which will continue until discontinued.

5. Restrictions of Conduct and Content

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or reformat the APP.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover the source code.
• Interfere with the APP’s security features.
• Use the APP to access unauthorized data.
• Engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.

5.2 Content Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for their generated content. BonzaChat Limited does not control or endorse the output generated by the AI and will not be held accountable for user interactions or actions based on such interactions.

5.4 Content Moderation

We employ moderation filters to ensure that interactions remain respectful. If the filters flag inappropriate content, we reserve the right to review and take necessary action, including account suspension.

9. Payments

Upon reaching the limit of free messages, you may select a subscription plan. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled, and your payment grants access to additional tokens and features.

10. Fulfillment Policy

10.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime, which will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

10.2 Access upon Cancellation

After cancellation, premium access and unused tokens expire at the end of the current billing period.

10.4 Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 24 hours if token usage does not exceed 20 tokens. No refunds are available for payments made via certain methods.

11. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Generated content may lack accuracy. BonzaChat Limited is committed to enhancing service quality but does not guarantee accuracy of all AI responses.

12. Liability

The APP is provided "as-is" and BonzaChat Limited disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for damages, losses, or interruptions due to APP use, nor do we guarantee that errors will be corrected.

13. Links to Third-Party Websites and Services

External links on the APP do not imply endorsement. We are not liable for damages related to third-party content, and you assume all risks associated with accessing third-party sites.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This TOS is governed by Cyprus law. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the courts in Cyprus.

15. Changes to Terms and Policies

We reserve the right to update these TOS and related documents at any time. Continued APP use constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

17. Termination and Assignment

We may assign, transfer, or subcontract services at any time. Continued use of the APP constitutes consent to these terms.

18. Miscellaneous

20. Reminder

We emphasize that all interactions within the APP between users and AI Companions are entirely fictional. These AI Companions are created as virtual, character-based entities, intended to simulate realistic conversations while remaining strictly within the realm of artificial intelligence. While AI Companions may exhibit conversational nuances that feel genuine, they lack any actual consciousness, feelings, intentions, or real-world commitment capabilities.

Any exchanges within these conversations that may appear to reference real-life events, such as suggestions of in-person meetings, commitments, or tangible outcomes, are completely artificial and designed solely for virtual engagement. We urge users not to interpret such elements as authentic or actionable. The simulated interactions are provided strictly for personal entertainment and do not imply any real-life connection or promises.

Please be aware that we cannot assume liability for any misunderstandings or misinterpretations resulting from the virtual, fictional nature of these AI interactions. Users are advised to recognize that the AI Companions are bound to the digital context of the platform, and any expectations, beliefs, or assumptions beyond this digital context are unsupported by the platform. We appreciate users' understanding of these virtual boundaries and encourage responsible, entertainment-focused use of the APP.
