1. Registering

During the registration process, users encounter an initial age verification page designed to restrict access for those who are not of legal age. Before accessing the main content, users must confirm their age.

Users are required to affirm that they are above 18, which serves as verification of their eligibility to access the APP.

We display a clear disclaimer, reminding users that they must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Additionally, users are informed that providing false age information violates our Terms of Service.

AiForLove Limited cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentations regarding a user’s age. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure adherence to their local laws and regulations concerning the access and consumption of adult content.

2. Content Responsibility

As a user of the APP, you bear full responsibility for the output generated by AI Companions through text messages, voice messages, images, and videos. AI Companions respond based on the dialogues initiated and parameters set by you.

AiForLove Limited does not endorse or control the content generated by AI Companions. Consequently, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the AI's generated output and your actions while using the APP.

You are obligated to ensure that your interactions with the AI Companions comply with applicable laws, our Terms and Policies, particularly our Blocked Content Policy. This includes refraining from any illegal, unethical, or harmful activities on the APP.

Specifically, our Blocked Content Policy prohibits any content that exploits or endangers minors, including but not limited to child exploitation, sexual content, or any form of harm toward minors. Any attempts to generate AI content that resembles or exploits minors are strictly forbidden.

3. Content Moderation

We at AiForLove Limited prioritize safety, respect, and integrity for all users. While interactions between users and AI Companions are generally private, we have implemented a content moderation filter using proprietary technology to enforce our Terms and Policies, including the Blocked Content Policy.

If the moderation filter flags any content as violating our policies, we reserve the right to manually review it and take appropriate action, which may include terminating the user’s account. This ensures a respectful and safe environment for all users.

We strive to balance privacy with community standards, and we appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines.

4. Content Removal

Any user content that, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions will be promptly removed.
